Very good experience with the management. Good connectivity due to location at the cross section of 93 and 95. Lots of malls and supermarkets around. Maintenance is timely and office staff is super helpful. Plan multiple fun events as well

The staff is amazingly nice, helpful and extremely professional. The property feels safe and clean 100% of the time. I absolutely love the trash compactor and thing it’s a cool and evolutionary way of disposing trash. But I also went from sharing two bins between 10 people at my old apartment to this so that may be why I’m so fascinated.

It’s great living here! I have a Spacious apartment; in a nice, quiet, safe environment, respectful neighbors. Great amenities particularly the pool, grills, Hub center, vending machines.

Washington Crossing has many amenities including a gym, amazon hub, heated outside pool, fair rent prices and easy living quarters, friendly staff and usually prompt repairs or maintenance if necessary. They are also very conveniently located next to I-93 and I-95 making travel easier.

It’s a great place to live. I really enjoy the summers here. There are really fun events here - highlight for me was the pet pool party! 😃 Love that this community is pet friendly and have such fun events for our furry friends. Management staff is kind and helpful. The neighborhood is nice. It’s close to shopping centers, grocery stores and essential services like UPS, urgent care etc. It’s a good value for money.

My favorite thing about living at Washington Crossing is the office staff. They respond to issue incredibly fast and really try to help with any concerns. I also think the Maintenance Staff is also really helpful. Their always having get togethers to make us feel like we belong to a community and get to know eachother. Also, the apartments are really nice with the newest amenities.

Love living here. People living here are and managing the property are super nice. The management is extremely professional and prompt if an issue should arise or if you have a question. The location of the property is also perfectly trucked away from any noise yet so so close to anything and everything you need.

Great place to live. I have been a resident for over 2 years and only have positive experience weather it but they should be install cameras all entrances specially on the lobbies. Close proximity to grocery stores, shopping places and walking/ running trails makes this place one of the best in terms of value for money.

I love the location of our apartment complex. Close to freeways and shopping. With the winter season here, the snow removal could use some improvement especially with those who need handicapped accessible areas.

From the moment I called, until the time I toured, I felt this would be the best place for me. I was greeted by the leasing agent, Ms. Ember M with complete professionalism and enthusiastic anyone would appreciate. She worked closely with me and through the whole process with the beat attitude ever. She is a Gem and a pleasure to be around. So far it’s been great living here, the building and neighborhood are very nice. the residents are nice and friendly, most of them are very considerate to the other residents which makes living there easier for everyone. Definitely a place I would recommended

We recently moved into Washington Crossing. From the start, the experience has been awesome. Breanna and Emmie walked us through the application process and they were quick to respond to questions thereafter. We are very happy w our decision to move to this community.

Love it here! Emmie and Brianna couldn’t be nicer. I’m transitioning from a 5-bedroom house to apartment living but this unit is awesome! Quiet, private, corner unit on the top floor is ideal. I’m very happy here.

Awesome community. Great neighborhood and location. Very helpful staff and maintenance team. Very spacious floor plans with lots of closets. Just one con I feel which they can improve is the open parking which is very compact due to which cars ends up with small scratches while opening doors. If this is improved everything else is good!

I’ve been residing at Washington Crossing for a year and... the community is great and I absolutely admire how everyone AND the children gets along. You call the office and they have someone come right away. From Staff to Residents - it’s always a friendly pleasure! Neighbors are friendly, and even the Pets 😊 Always have fun events to attend, GYM downstairs along with Entertainment - A Safe & Fun Environment for Families.... LOVE IT!

I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend others to check it out. The front office is wonderful and always responds quickly. The maintenance staff is friendly and accommodating and fixes everything I request. There's events every so often for the community that gives us a chance to meet others who live here. Also, you can't beet the location!

It’s great here the staff is amazing, and the amenities are a plus. What I also love is that it’s walking distance from everything. On top I’d that the apartments are very spacious and have a large tub which is a plus!

Our experience at Washington crossing thus far has been fantastic overall! We love the accessible fitness center and parking spaces we are able to have . There’s some noise however it’s never consistent and we overall think it’s been a relaxing and safe place to live.

Great place to live. Apartments are nice with a good amount of room. Close to gas station and target and restaurants. But I am an avid gym goer so I would say it could use some improvement, but I would say it’s nice for an apartment gym.

Nice place to stay! Lots of amenities. Perfect location in Woburn where everything is 5mins away. Lots of space and great floor plans. Maintenance team is awesome and really helpful.

Great place! The amenities are a plus (pool, gym, lounge, theater, Amazon locker box). The staff is always helpful when there’s any problems with packages, website portal, parking, etc!

It’s great here and it’s close to everything nearby. The location is perfect to walk wherever you need to go. They also have great amenities that are very useful too.

I really like living here at Washington Crossing because it’s location is in the center of everything, and you can walk to wherever you need to go as everything is walking distance. They have shopping centers, restaurants and BJs to name a few all walking distance from Washington Crossing. This is why I love Washington Crossing!

Very quit living here, no problems. You make a lot of friends here as well . You are close to the highway and there are tons of stores nearby and there are tons of restaurants nearby as well.
